1. Does the ESL system support multi-store expansion?
Yes. Our system architecture supports millions of ESLs. Normal expansion from hundreds to thousands of labels requires no system upgrade; only server configuration adjustment is needed for large-scale expansion.

2. Is software update free?
Regular software updates and upgrades are free for customers with active subscription service.

3. How to integrate ESL system with POS/ERP system?
Integration is realized through API interface or middleware. We can provide standard HTTP API documents, or connect to your system's API to complete data docking.

4. What is the coverage of one AP (base station)?
The coverage radius is about 15 meters indoors (up to 20 meters in open space). For stable communication, we recommend deploying one AP every 15 meters in retail stores.

5. What certifications do your products have?
ESL tags and APs have CE certification. Other certifications can be provided for large orders.

6. What is the warranty period?
The warranty period for ESLs and accessories is 12 months.

7. Can I customize logo and appearance?
Hardware: Logo printing is available with MOQ.
