These rewritable reversible thermal PVC cards are the perfect eco-friendly alternative to single-use cards. Made with special reversible thermochromic material, the card surface allows you to print, erase, and reprint text, barcodes, or simple graphics hundreds of times using a thermal printer, eliminating the need for ink or ribbons.

The high-contrast print remains clear and durable under normal conditions, while being fully erasable with the printer's built-in erase function, ready for the next use. The card itself is made of premium PVC, scratch-resistant, waterproof, and long-lasting, with a smooth finish that withstands repeated handling.

Fully customizable with your logo, branding, or fixed information pre-printed in offset color, while the thermal area is reserved for variable data that changes each time, such as dates, names, ticket tiers, or visitor permissions. Standard CR80 size works with most thermal rewritable printers, readers, and card accessories.

Widely used as reusable event passes, membership cards, visitor badges, loyalty cards, and multi-application ID cards, they reduce waste and cut long-term operational costs.

What is a Rewritable Card?
A Rewritable Card (also called Thermal Rewritable Card / Visual Rewritable Card / TRW Card) is a smart PVC card with a reversible thermochromic coating on one side. It allows printing, erasing, and reprinting text, logos, barcodes, and QR codes repeatedly without using ink or ribbon.

How It Works?
*Printing: A dedicated thermal rewritable printer applies heat to the coating, turning it black or blue to form visible content.
*Erasing: The printer uses controlled heat to clear the entire rewritable area in seconds, restoring the card to blank.
Rewriting: New data is printed instantly; the cycle repeats up to 500 times with stable quality.
